Our exclusive villa with pool is located in the South of Cape Coral Parkway, directly onto a salt water canal, in the so-called Yacht-Club-Area, one of the best residential areas and most demanded districts in the city of Cape Coral.

From the International Airport Fort Myers (RSW) will take you approximate 25 mins. to “Sunstate Villa”. When you fly via Miami or Orlando then you must allow a drive of 2.30 hours transfer. A description of the location inclusive a Google-Map you will find here.

In the first weeks of this year, we invested a lot of money and time in the totally renovation of the villa and new furniture, bringing the latest modern technique into the villa, i.e. Highspeed Internet (free of charge), Flat screen TV in all bedrooms and in the living room ...

The exclusive interior of the Villa is way over the normal rented accommodation concerning flooring, fitted kitchen, the swimming pool, garden and the furniture – as we use the Villa many times a year ourselves.

Boater´s

People who are interested in motorboat and all arts of water sports come year after year to us.

Mainly, because Cape Coral has this incredible top location for them. From our own boatdock you can reach in 5 mins Caloosahatchee River. No flood-gates or bridges hinder you to get directly to the Gulf from Mexico.

The wonderful islands of Sanibel and Captiva, also the beaches of Fort Myers are a short distance from our villa. The quiet sandy beaches full of shells and the fantastic water conditions are a marvellous place especially for children to play and swim.

Even, if you have no experience in going a motorboat, so its no problem. In the US you don’t need a license. Our captain will be pleased to give you an introduction of about 2 hours, so you become familiar with the boat and the water areas. Golfer´s

Not only professional golfers but also beginners in this fantastic sport will find here in SW Florida wonderful conditions and unique facilities.
